Virtue is happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on orders $99 or more and a $9.95 Flat Rate for orders under $99.
We use both the United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS) for delivery of our packages. UPS will only ship to physical addresses (no PO boxes, APO, etc), so remember, if you choose to have your order shipped via UPS, to include the correct street address.
Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays), however some orders will take 24-48 hours to process. Your order will be shipped via Standard Shipping.
Virtue aims to satisfy every customer. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to issue you a refund, exchange, or store credit. Please notify us via e-mail or phone within 30 days of receiving the item, repackage the item, and ship it back to us with your receipt and the tags attached. Upon receiving, we will issue your refund. If you prefer to exchange, we will ship the exchanged item upon receiving your previous item. If you prefer a store credit, we will issue you a gift card/code to use towards your next order. As always, we appreciate your business.
Gift cards will be sent free of charge via USPS First Class mail.
You may also select the option to pick up your item at our store. This is a free service and the item can be picked up during our normal store business hours. You will receive an order update notifying you when your order is ready for pickup. Curbside pick-up customers may park in the designated curbside pick-up parking offered on N. Lexington Ave. right across from Virtue Boutique. Curbside pick-up customers should call the store (828) 254-4200 to coordinate the pick-up. *NOTE: Items typically take 1-2 business days for either type of pickup at our store.

Thank you for shopping with Virtue. We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selections, we will gladly issue a refund of online purchases for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in NEW condition with the original tags intact and attached to the garment and cannot be worn, washed, or altered. All sale items, earrings and adhesive bras are FINAL SALE. No price adjustments for previously purchased items. All refunds will post within 3-5 business days. Gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded. Virtue reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the item being returned.

The return total will be credited back to the method of payment used during checkout, less the cost of shipping and return shipping. Please allow up to 14 business days for Virtue to receive and process your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Virtue is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
You can easily return or exchange your online and in-store purchases at our Virtue store by bringing your items to 58 N. Lexington Ave. in Asheville, NC. Please don't forget your original invoice or receipt with you!
